Who we are
We started Consensus Estate to solve a problem we kept seeing: London landlords with valuable properties getting average outcomes — long voids, opaque fees, neglected maintenance and tenants they never wanted in the first place.
Nine years on, we operate one of London's most experienced short-term rental management teams. Our team has managed properties across four countries, and our current portfolio under management has a total value of more than £15 million, spread across every London borough.

Dorin founded Consensus Estate after experiencing firsthand the friction of short-term corporate relocation. With a background in real estate and operations consulting, he built Consensus Estate to make flexible furnished living effortless for individuals and enterprises alike.
Alex Dari
Operations Manager
Alex oversees every property in our portfolio, personally approving each apartment before it's listed. With 15 years in London residential real estate across three continents, he ensures every home meets our promise of quality, location, and comfort.
Gabriel Colnic
Finance Director
Gabriel has spent six years analysing property portfolios and structuring acquisition deals. He now oversees financial planning, lease economics, and cash flow across our portfolio - making sure the numbers work as well as the apartments do.
